Addi's French class took a trip to Quebec and I was lucky to be able to go as a chaperone. We had so much fun and it was absolutely beautiful!
The entrance to Old Quebec. This city is the only fortified city in North America. The wall was built around the entire city in the early 1800's to keep out the Americans who were trying to invade.

A cannonball that is still embedded in a tree.
Mom and Addi at the Citadel.
Me and one of the other parents with one of the tour guides on Old Quebec.
This is the cathedral where Celine Dion was married in Montreal.
After three days in Quebec we went to Ottawa, Ontario.

Addi acting as a lawyer in the Supreme Court building.

The library in the parliament building. We thought it looked like "Hogwarts".
The back of the parliament building seen from the Ottawa river.
Addi holding a bar of solid gold at the Canadian Mint.

That is SO cool that you guys got to do that together! I've never been over there, but it's still something I definitely want to do. It looks like you saw everything!
Awesome Trip!
