It was my birthday this weekend and I hit the 40 milestone. Craig surprised me with an amazing trip to Banff, Alberta (a resort town in the Canadian Rockies). We went on a beautiful hike up Johnston Canyon, we rode the gondola up to the top of Mount Sulfer (yes that really is its name), and we spent Saturday night in the hot springs. It was so much fun, I should turn 40 every year.
Can you believe it? Clearly I look no older than 25!
Syd and Addi worked very hard at decorating my room. Sleeping in that bed will be really comfortable.

The whole family at the top of the world (or a 7500 ft. mountain). As you can see the sun was in our eyes and it was very cold up that high.
